Our Operational Mission

Our operational mission is divided under five areas:

Development Research for Africa: DeRA

To carry out relevant research on emerging issues that would leapfrog African developmental aspirations

Policy Analysis and Development for Africa: PADA

To conduct policy development work and analysis that inform African leaders and promotes its citizens wellbeing.

Development Education & Leadership Training for Africa: DELTA

Work with partners to educate African societies, train young talents and leaders on excellence and transformational development.

Business & Organisational Consultancy for Africa: BOCA

To provide various consultancy services to help governments, development organisations and businesses.

Relational Thinking in Africa: ReTA

Develop relational thinking in African societies in accordance with the African “ubuntu” concept communal and peaceful living.
