At CALE:

1. We believe Africa’s accelerated growth and development time is now.  We want to bring the most innovative approaches to educate, train and develop a new-African mindset of ‘common identity, greater collaboration, integration, shared responsibility and prosperity.’

2. We want Africa to achieve industrial, technological and economic development in record time by adopting proven scientific and innovative leapfrogging approaches.

3. We want Africa to transform its societies through the development of effective systems and structures, unleash the creative and innovative potential of its people, train its human capital to practice accountability, and pursue excellence and integrity in both leadership and public life.

We therefore invite all fellow enlightened Pan-Africans, global well-wishers and development partners of Africa to join our think tank’s mission to think differently about Africa’s transformative development agenda.
